It's an interesting subject, but there are allot of myths being sold as truth, to sell other products. Concentrace may be a great product, but we just have to be careful not to get people believing they can't count on food anymore. I too market great Nutrient Rich products, but this does not mean foods are missing nutrients. They won't grow if they were missing nutrients. In some cases they may be lower, but they are not devoid of nutrients.
