The Shower!

Simply stated chlorine is a pesticide, the sole purpose of which is to kill living organisms. When we consume water-containing chlorine, it kills some part of us, destroying cells and tissue inside our body.

BUT, a warm shower opens up your pores, causing your skin to act like a sponge. As a result, you not only inhale the chlorine vapours, you also absorb them through your skin, directly into your bloodstream-at a rate that’s up to six times higher than drinking.

• Chlorine is cosmetically damaging to both hair and skin.
• It can irritate the eyes, nose, throat, lungs and mucous membranes.
